When can I expect my order?

Orders are shipped between Monday and Thursday. Orders of 3 boxes or less are shipped from the United States, and should arrive within 1-3 business days. Larger orders are shipped from New Zealand, and may take between 2-5 business days.

I've seen dried sea cucumber at the store - how is this different?

We aren’t just offering sea cucumber, we’re offering the one and only original SeaCare. Our proprietary blend includes fresh, world class sea cucumber, expertly combined with sea urchin, sea sponge, and seagrass. These ingredients work synergistically
to unlock and amplify the benefits
each one holds individually.

How is SeaCare shipped?

Ice packs are used to ensure that SeaCare is shipped frozen. Orders from New Zealand thaw in transit – this is normal, and will not impact efficacy, as long as it is frozen again within nine days. For the best results, immediately place SeaCare in your freezer upon receipt. Do not allow the product to sit in warm temperatures for an extended period of time.

What if I have seafood allergies?

SeaCare is made with four natural, marine-sourced ingredients. Anyone with seafood allergies should consult a doctor before taking the product.
